CleanDone's week planner, shown with example data. It's built for a phone first, because that's where the day gets run from.
What it does
- Brings a household on properly. What the job is, how often, and everything about the house that nobody ever writes down: the parking, the key, the dog, the room they'd rather you left alone.
- Introduces the cleaner. A match from your roster, and a proper introduction on both sides, so nobody arrives at a stranger's door cold.
- Briefs the cleaner before they get there. The same house notes, on their phone, on the way.
- Holds the roster. Who's on your books, where they'll travel, and which hours they can cover.
- Finds cover when a day breaks. Someone calls in sick at 7am and you can see who else is free and close enough, instead of working down a list of numbers.
- Schedules the whole week across both sides, so a change to one shows up in the other.
Who it's for
Cleaning agencies. The business in the middle, matching cleaners to households and responsible to both.
It's a job the existing software barely acknowledges. Field service tools model a fleet of employees, not a roster of self-employed cleaners with their own lives. Booking tools take the enquiry and stop. The coordination in between is the actual work, and it's usually being done on WhatsApp.

We run an agency on it
Handpicked Home Services is our own cleaning agency, and it runs on CleanDone. When something in the app is annoying at 7am, we're the ones it annoys.
That's the whole reason we build this way. Software for a trade you've never done tends to look right and work wrong.

Agency invoicing sits in here too, so the work you scheduled is the work you bill.
